Meet The Counselor

Being a counselor for over seven years is such a privilege and I enjoy every minute. I gained clinical training through community counseling, acute inpatient therapy, and a family clinic. I am a person-centered counselor and I will meet you where you are which is why I started From A Strong Place telehealth. I am certified as an LCPC in Illinois and as an LPC in Missouri. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, loss, grief, difficult life transitions, and other emotional difficulties through CBT, DBT, and ACT style therapy.
