Meet The Counselor

It has been a true privilege to engage in this work, and I value every opportunity to support individuals in their growth and healing. My clinical training includes experience in community counseling, acute inpatient therapy, and family clinic settings, providing me with a well-rounded and diverse foundation in mental health care.

I practice from a person-centered approach, meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals. This commitment to accessible, individualized care led me to establish From a Strong Place Telehealth.

I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois and Kansas, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, challenging life transitions, and a range of other emotional concerns. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and provide trauma-informed care to support clients in processing and healing from traumatic experiences.
